Marketing and Business Development Specialist
The Marketing and Business Development Specialist position will serve as a member to our Agents, Brokers and Consultants who are considered a Marketing Partner as well as the internal marketing team. This position requires a friendly, outgoing individual capable of practicing continuous professional etiquette both internally and externally. The position is comprised of a variety of marketing and business development responsibilities which require strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to foster relationships with clients, prospective clients, community members and the Agent Brokers and Consultants that they represent.

Senior Sales Consultant
The Senior Sales Consultant position is to establish new relationships with Clients (Clients = Agents, Brokers, Referral Partners and Consultants) as well as maintain existing relationships given by upper management. Will work as part of a team and use researchers and other staff to acquire as much information as possible on all benefits options for our Clients. They explore costs and benefits of different health plans and other types of insurance that may be needed by a company. They present information to the companies at The Agent, Broker or Consultant’s request and provide recommendations about which options are most ideal. Employee benefits consultants will oversee benefits packages once they’ve been established and look after things like renewing insurance plans and reviewing claims based on the relationship and demand of the client.

Junior Sales Consultant
The Junior Sales Consultant is to assist the Senior Sales Consultant to establish new relationships with Clients (Clients = Agents, Brokers, Referral Partners and Consultants) as well as maintain existing relationships given by upper management. This can include coordinating with the Marketing and Business Development Team to develop, maintain and provide feedback on Marketing Campaigns. Will work as part of a team and use researchers and other staff to acquire as much information as possible on all benefits options for our Clients. They explore costs and benefits of different health plans and other types of insurance that may be needed by a company at the direction of the Senior Sales Consultant.
